Marketing Director
Summary
We're hiring a Marketing Director to work directly with the executive team to define and execute Nova Studio’s key messaging. This isn't a traditional marketing role—it's an opportunity to architect the marketing function at a company positioned at the intersection of social media, creative technology and AI. This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
This role requires someone who thinks like an architect, writes like a strategist, and builds like a technologist. You'll be hands-on with creative execution while establishing systems and processes that scale. Most importantly, you'll help shape not just how we tell our story, but what that story becomes as we evolve our capabilities and market position.
Responsibilities
Marketing at Nova Studio spans three interconnected areas, each requiring a different skill set but unified by a common thread: ensuring that what we build, how we position it, how partners use it, and what we aim for are tightly aligned.
Company Marketing
- Own Nova Studio's brand identity, messaging, and market positioning as the leader in creative automation and orchestration.
- Translate technical capabilities and partner success into compelling narratives with visual and verbal consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop and execute marketing cadence across appropriate channels (social media platforms, partner newsletters, etc)
- Partner with executive team on internal communications and company narrative
Product Marketing
- Work closely with Product to define, design, and iterate on consumer-facing ad formats, templates, and creative functionality
- Use AI tools to rapidly prototype concepts and test creative hypotheses for marketing and sales support materials
- Define and track key metrics around product adoption, usage, and performance
Partner Marketing
- Work with GTM, Product, and Customer Success to develop partner messaging, campaigns and delivery
- Drive adoption, usage, and engagement metrics across partner teams
- Develop standardized partner marketing programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS, martech, or adtech environments
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities with portfolio demonstrating range (brand narratives, product positioning, sales enablement, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) and demonstrated ability to integrate them into workflows
- Track record of building marketing programs from early stages, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate with product teams; ability to prototype or vibe code is a significant plus
- Demonstrated understanding of digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, social, CTV, creative production)
- Experience with B2B2B or channel partner models preferred
- Excellent visual judgment and design sensibility
- Self-directed with strong project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
