Nova Studio Promotes Jessica Kadden and Appoints Susan Kravitz to Lead NASA Growth

New SVPs will lead Nova Studio’s brand and agency business and its partnerships business across the NASA region.

NEW YORK - October 21, 2026 - Nova Studio, the creative technology platform helping brands and agencies scale their best ads across every screen, today announced two senior leadership appointments to strengthen its North and South America (NASA) business. Jessica Kadden has been promoted to SVP, Brands & Agencies, and Susan Kravitz joins as SVP, Partnerships & Growth.

Kadden will lead Nova Studio’s work with direct buyers, while Kravitz will lead its reseller and white-label partners. Both report to CEO Matt Crenshaw.

Jessica Kadden now leads Nova Studio’s entire book of business with North America-based brands and agencies. Under her leadership, the company has grown HoldCo revenue, broken into new categories like pharma, and started working directly with brands.

Susan Kravitz will lead Nova Studio’s NASA partnerships business, from its largest, longest-standing partners to a wave of newly signed platform partnerships. She brings deep experience leading U.S. commercial partnerships across agencies, publishers, and retail media networks.
